Here’s Page 3 of The Peacemaker and the Tree of War. My apologies for it being a little later than normal. We’re still trying to get ahead of the schedule. Kristin is feeling much better. Just in time to draw page 4.

A bit of a schedule shift this week. Kristin is a bit under the weather and won’t have the page until Friday. So I’m moving the Almanac up to today with an entry on White Tree! This is the capital of Liranequois Confederation. Well, it’s the site of the Grand Council which means it’s the closest thing the Liranequois have to a capital.

White Tree is built around the The Tree of Peace. The real Tree of Peace is actually the origin of the term “burying the hatchet.”

Distant Smoke begins her tale by setting the scene on Page 2 of The Peacemaker and the Tree of War. The Kanonsionni were not always the great confederation that they have become. It was a trying and difficult time for the Kahne’aké.

I still don’t have an incentive yet for Top Web Comics. Kristin is drawing as fast as she can to keep us up to schedule. But you can always vote for us anyway and read Kristin’s webcomic Sylvania as a reward!

Hello everyone.

I’m afraid that I don’t have a page for you today. My artist for the vignette that was supposed to start today did not submit any pages. So that vignette has been indefinitely delayed while I work that out. Into the breech has stepped Kristin Kemper of Sylvania. She has agreed to rush an emergency vignette for me, titled The Peacemaker and the Tree of War. Hurray for Kristin!

We’re hoping to have the first page on Friday. So I’m switching the schedule this week.  Almanac today; page on Friday. Today’s Almanac is Tionnontego, the capital of the Kahne’aké nation. If you want to read a page of comic tonight, head on over to Kristin’s comic Sylvania.

Defiant Elk takes drastic measures to protect the secrecy of his treasure on Chapter 11 Page 27. This concludes Chapter 11. We’ll pick up here in Chapter 12 The Vault. How’s that for a cliffhanger?

No update on Monday as it’s Columbus Day.

Blaise gets caught with his hand in the cookie jar on Chapter 11, Page 26. Defiant Elk is not at all happy that Blaise is digging through his treasure. Wait, books without pictures? What sort of weird treasure is this?
